The breakfast buffet stood out with amazing coffee.

During my stay, I experienced significant maintenance issues. The TV in the room didn’t work, and it took several requests before it was addressed. The location felt somewhat isolated on a dirt road, making it inconvenient to explore the area without arranging transportation constantly.

staff seemed to lack basic hospitality skills, rather disappointing for a supposed 5-star hotel. my room was not only dirty but also had sticky stuff on the floor. absoluteley frustrating.

Perfect for a group getaway

The reception staff was helpful, arranging tuk-tuks whenever we needed them, and always greeted us with warm smiles! The pool was like a slice of paradise, perfect for cooling off after a long day of exploring!

staying at pandora suite d'angkor was an absolute delight. the hotel is a clean urban oasis filled with lush plants, making relaxation easy. the cabana pool access was fantastic. special shoutout to the staff, especially maline and nu nu, who were incredibly helpful throughout my stay. the variety of treatment therapies, including aromatherapy, was also a highlight.
